How many guests can stay in the apartments?

Each apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Both solutions have one bedroom and a private bathroom.
How far is the sea?

The sea is just a few steps away. With a short 5-minute walk you can reach the beautiful 'Paradiso Del Sub' beach. We also provide a complimentary beach umbrella.
Do you accept pets?

Absolutely yes, pets are welcome in both our apartments! We only ask that you ensure they respect the spaces to avoid damaging the interior furnishings.
Is there parking available?

Of course, we offer all our guests a free private parking space within our peaceful property.
What are the nearest attractions and how do I get around?

The location is exceptional: by car you can reach Tropea in just 5-10 minutes, Briatico in 5 minutes and Capo Vaticano in about 20 minutes. If travelling by public transport, Zambrone railway station is just 250 metres away, while the nearest airport is 45 km.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-out for all properties must be completed by 10:00 AM. Check-in times vary slightly: for Sunset Apartment 5 you can check in from 2:00 PM, while for Sunset Apartment 4 from 3:00 PM onwards.
Are the apartments safe regarding smoke or gas?

Sunset Apartment 5 is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.
What languages does the Host speak?

Host Francesco usually responds within an hour and speaks both Italian and English.
